About
I'm a Global L&D Manager based in Ashland, KY, working remotely. I lead a training team and partner on strategy while staying hands-on in the craft - administering the LMS and knowledge base, writing the CSS that makes documentation scannable, building decision trees in HTML and JavaScript, and automating coordination in Power Automate, alongside running live training across the United States, Ireland, and the Philippines.
At 14West / The Contact Center I support distributed teams across three regions. The tools and systems I build are in production and used daily.
